Jeb Bush has been scraping the bottom of the polls. He has been reportedly dangerously close to running out of cash and has been desperately begging for cash. The great number of Americans have expressed a massive disdain for the idea of having a Bush or Clinton back in the WH! Yet, somehow, Jeb has hung around.

Now, it is being recorded that Bush is suddenly 2nd (SECOND) in New Hampshire with 18%:
