I'm watching the game from the comfort of my remote-controlled Lay-Z-Boy recliner and the thought crossed my mind........here we have the highest scoring offense in NFL history playing like a backwoods community college team; are they purposely 'laying down'? In the biggest game of the year? Nah, it can't be.. And that was just before halftime. Not to take anything away from Seattle, but Denver only putting up 8 points? Nah, it can't be. But it was.

We'll never know........

I'll have to admit... it crossed my mind.

Every sports pundit I heard said Denver was going to win.

Looked more like they were all high on some of that legal CO grass.

My opinion is that with the officiating we see that a lot of games are fixed. But that just could be because some of the calls are just so damn bad. Calls one does not see in college football.

I will say the SB did seem a bit too lop sided. Where was the" OMAHA!!!!"

Professional football is broken with it's current array pantywaist rules, so I would say no the Super Bowl did not fix it.

In the 1919 Blacksox scandal. the signal that the fix was on was for the pitcher to hit the first batter

This Superbowl had a first snap over the QBs head for a safety....The fix is on

Though I was for Seattle, after a while I was hoping Denver would at least score. Poor guys, loosing by so much and not even scoring? Mass suicide becomes a concern. :)

It would be easy to fix. Drop a pass, intentionally jump offsides, overthrow receivers. It could be done.

IMHO

I suppose if Gore and his lying attorney would have been able to steal 1000 more votes then that would have just been justice served? Gore couldn't even win his home state. It was close, Gore lost.
