Was god choosing Jesus just; or should the Father have chosen the cross for himself?

Jesus was also fully human, and had the free will to make a choice. He decided with both aspects that we were worth the price.
Actually, Billy, Jesus was God made Flesh

Jesus was always God (eternal). He was born flesh and blood, i.e. fully human, through the Holy Spirit. He died and rose again the third day (another 3). No flesh and blood shall enter heaven, so he was resurrected as new flesh and bone. This is what happens to the faithful.
The same Jesus shall return as he left

What is shallow are homophobic and misogynous religions that idol worship a genocidal prick of a god while thinking such a prick is good.

It's not homophobic when one is going against God's word. The queers get punished immediately for their sin as the punishment is more of their sin. It's the sin that keeps on giving until they decide to repent or end up dead.

ETA: Actually, the Christians are trying to save the queers from themselves. It's the liberals and atheists who want to have them perpetuate their punishment for the rest of the shortened lives. See how farked up your gnosticism is?

Then again, I am a Gnostic Christian and know how to read the filth in it

By that you mean you go in chat rooms and badmouth Christianity.
Pretty shallow excuse for a “religion”.

As to me, I go by, --- for evil to grow, all good people need do is ignore it, --- like you want me to do.

If you think you should live by the Golden Rule, change the labels in this quote to women, minorities, gays or children being brainwashed by religions and it shows what we should be thinking and doing for each other.

"First they came for the Jews, but I did nothing because I'm not a Jew. Then they came for the socialists, but I did nothing because I'm not a socialist. Then they came for the Catholics, but I did nothing because I'm not a Catholic. Finally, they came for me, but by then there was no one left to help me." – Pastor Father Niemoller (1946)”

you can “go by” what you want. You still just are confusing a chat hobby with a religion. We’ve been over this.

Was god choosing Jesus just; or should the Father have chosen the cross for himself?

1Peter 1:20 0 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

Chose here means Jesus being chosen to be the messiah and sacrifice to the Father. It also means the Father, --- and Judge in this case, --- deciding to demand and accept what is synonymous to a bribe.

That is an evil act to most people.

If you were the god you are to emulate, would you send your child to die or would you step up?

Should sons bury fathers or should fathers bury sons?

John 1:1
In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God

Nice that your answer bothered you enough for you to post irrelevant garbage.

Cowards can never be moral, coward.

WOW what an ignorant post
If Jesus is God how did God choose Jesus?

You tell me. It is your fantasy, not mine. I just quote your garbage back to you.

1Peter 1:20 0 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

Try not to be ignorant in your reply. Hard I know but do try.

It’s probably worth repeating. God created existence. Existence is good. You may not like everything about existence but you can’t have the good without the bad.

So rather than badmouthing God, maybe you should be thankful because it will change how you perceive the world around you.

yes Jesus is God. Christians have always proclaimed this. But fully human as well. This is the “hypostatic union”.

Now this is the true faith:
That we believe and confess
that our Lord Jesus Christ, God's Son,
is both God and human, equally.”

Athanasian Creed

“...our Lord Jesus Christ, the same perfect in Godhead and also perfect in manhood; truly God and truly man,...one and the same Christ, Son, Lord, only begotten, to be acknowledged in two natures, inconfusedly, unchangeably, indivisibly, inseparably; the distinction of natures being by no means taken away by the union, but rather the property of each nature being preserved, and concurring in one Person and one Subsistence, not parted or divided into two persons, but one and the same Son, and only begotten, God the Word, the Lord Jesus Christ”
Chaledonian Creed

Only heretics deny Jesus was fully human and fully God.
