Polygraphs are about as reliable as Ouija boards.
A pathological liar could fool one easily.
More to the point, Hill's Polygraph was arranged by her lawyer, with a friendly administrator, with the understanding if she failed, the results would not be released. This is why the DEMOCRATS on the Judicary committee did not allow it into evidence.
