Agreed. Obama managed to suck the oxygen out of health care reform, just when Democrats were asking him to focus, can't say that was a bad thing.

However, if ever an incident for him NOT to insert himself as the 'post racial' president this was it. Fed fears from two sources: Blacks that they are discriminated against. White fear that the cops are too often falsely accused of racism, to the point of effecting their jobs.

Are we being audited here, so that we can't say what we think about our president, and that the admin. and its' political views take a front seat to the members here and move or delete discussions? We go for weeks without any moderator showing up, then all of a sudden several topics are moved. Must be spring cleaning time.

as for mods not being here for weeks....they sure have been.....as for the threads being moved...they do that...its in their job descriptin....and it has not been just the last couple of days...there is a section...feedback forum if you wish to discuss the actions of mods...which is against board rules...

This was written in a comment section from an article written about the case........ she states exactly what Sgt. Crowley was trained to do.

Exactly. When he said what he did I knew what was coming next. Its a shame, I think it has pushed back race relations in regards to the police back to the rodney king days (well not that bad but it pushed it back)

And Bush should've kept his mouth shut when he said "Bring 'em on." Unfortunately, the Republicans can't seem to shut their mouths either, but when they do it, US soldiers die. No one died during Obama's beer summit.
