Despite improving job growth and an extended Republican primary fight dividing his would-be opponents, President Obama is heading into the general election season on treacherous political ground, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll.

Also 75% of respondents felt the economy was not improving. So what gives? Seems Americans aren't
buying the bullshit the liberals are serving. And before you blame it on gas remember that it was Obamas intention to have higher gas prices so his green energy plan would look good. OBAMA IS FAILING

Nothing deceptive about it. It's my perception of why he is suddenly tanking. Gas prices have been high for some time. What is new however and is timed perfectly with his big drop in the polls is his proclaimed war on women.

Both time lines match. New war on women gains major publicity while at the same time Obamas poll numbers tank.
