War is deceit

People like to claim that this is a flaw in Islam's principles. They are ill-intentioned, ill-willed and dishonest. Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said "war is nothing but the art of deceiving the enemy" (or something like that). So of all the hundreds of thousands of sayings that we have from him, peace be upon him, (you can look it up, the Hadiths number hundreds of thousands), one of those hundreds of thousands of sayings was : "war is nothing but the art of deceiving the enemy" (or something like that). That does not mean that Muslims are asked to lie. No. Muhammad (peace be upon him) was just stating a FACT and a HISTORICAL FACT. War is nothing but that.

This is how the Germans were defeated in WWII (British Royal Air Force unbreakable resistance, US taking over the north of France of a sudden, etc...all of it is deceit and tricks). This is how the Germans achieved great victories in the beginning of that WWII (blitzkrieg). This is how the Japanese and the Italians were defeated in WWII. This is how the US won the cold war against the Soviet Union (so much secrecy, that's deceit). This is how the Vietnamese defeated the US (obviously). This is just how war goes, that is its secret weapon.

So you see the hypocrisy of people. It is a shame.

War is not in and of itself deceit. Deception is used in war.

War, sometimes, is a necessary evil. War should never rationalize war as moral or just.

Deception in war is also a necessary evil. And like war, deception should never be rationalized as moral or just.

Furthermore, America had some hidden advantages that didn't show up directly in production figures. For one, U.S. factories were, on average, more modern and automated than those in Europe or in Japan. Additionally, American managerial practice at that time was the best in the world

Was Muhammad a politically powerful illiterate warrior who had MANY wives after initially marrying a rich woman, including a 7-year-old girl?

Why do you say “peace be upon him” when he died 1300 years ago?
Why not “peace be upon EVERYONE”?
