Let's say that I'm an SEIU Obamaroid and I registered 23,000 people to vote in my area and then because I'm so considerate, I filled out and mailed in absentee ballots for them.

My friends through the country all do the same, we've already cast millions of votes.

The election takes place and 125 Democrat candidates win by an average by 300 votes.

Then let's say I get caught, what's the remedy?

Any prosecution of you will be called a witch hunt by this administration.
Even if you are found guilty, the case will be dismissed just prior to the sentencing phase.
Holder will make a statement denying any wrongdoing and the (false) election results will stand.

Oh!!
And Ravi will start 4 threads about how the Republicans did it 30 years ago.

Who cares, your vote and all the other fraudulent ones would be tossed out the the winner determined on the remaining ones.

The only remedy if that was not possible would be Another Election.

Sounds like you worked CA for the last election.

"REGISTRATION" forms aren't what qualify a person to vote, absentee or otherwise. All those "REGISTRATIONS" need to go to a state (or local) voter registrar for verification of the information thereon.

When are you clowns going to get that?

I work the polls as an election judge. I have caught many of these ACORN fraud's voting under other names. They have many schemes. I knew they were organized but did not know what group was behind it until this election. If they have been pulling these same stunts at all the other polling places there is a huge problem. These people actually voted & it is impossible to know which ballot was theirs.

This is why the penalty of voter fraud has to be so horrible people would fear for their very life to commit the crime.

The first thing you ought to do is understand the process. I know of no state where your hypothetical would be remotely possible.

Once again, a Conservative attempts a "proof by hypothetical situation" - ie, liberals are bad because this is what they would do in this hypothetical situation.

Conservatives never lack for excuses as to why they can't win enough elections.

It's not that hard. It's a math problem, cons. There aren't enough of you.
obviously you've not been paying attention to your precious polls. as of late. There are fewer and fewer declared dems in this nation.

I don't trust just one poll. It's why I like Real Clear Politics more.

So, your ONE poll or my aggregate of polls? Also, neither party is doing fabulous. They're both shedding voters to the independents who have come to understand that neither party gives a shit about them except to tell them pretty lies come election time. But that doesn't change the fact we're trending anti-incumbent/elitist/socialist faster and faster.

Are you sure you know what you're talking about?

A poll from 2.5 years ago? Oops!

I don't know about a remedy but from a good number of members on this site you will get a ......
"job well done"....and "what have you done to stick it to the rich folks" that would be my guess.
