Virginia girl found eating herself in cage in mobile home

Does anyone else think it's weird that the parents look EXACTLY alike?

People don't usually get the death penalty for killing an infant. Sad but true. Particularly when you can't determine cause of death, and it's going to be very very hard to determine the cause of death of a month old decomposed infant because most of a baby that age is soft tissue. It decomposes.

Heh....I was just mentioning that to a couple of peeps.

Agreed. They look related.
Too funny, I thought that, too!

And, their foreheads...well, that's sort of a giveaway, too.

Pigmentation appears to have been bred right of them as well.

Their only going to do time for putting the child in a cage but how long will that really be? thats child endangerment right?

I would imagine there are a litany of charges they can come up with.

Some jackass could argue it is protective.

Yup, the cage was to keep the child safe, a real good Lawyer could sell that.

They'll probably get more time for stealing the boullion.

Yes but will they stick?

I think they'll get time for what they stole, and walk on the other charges, everything is circumstancial at best.

Told ya.

this is what happens when we place zero value on the lives of children.

Check this out. According to this article, Brian Gore is free.

The children's parents, Brian and Shannon Gore, of 8142 Carrie Lane, were arrested and both were charged with felony child abuse. Shannon Gore, 25, was also charged with attempted capital murder and is being held without bond at the Gloucester County Jail. Brian Gore, 29, posted a $1,500 bond and is free.

Does he have body guards? Can't imagine his ass is all that safe walkin' the streets right now.

I just dont understand it, if this couple had kidnapped 2 adults and killed 1, no way the guy would be out on bail, when its kids nobody really cares, fuck he'd probably get a harsher punishment for abusing an animal.

What needs to happen in a free society is the public has to just wake up and say that enough is enough. These types need to be removed from the gene pool. The sooner the better. Until we wake up to that, we are doomed and it is only a matter of time.

It has nothing to do with genetics. We're at this place because we've already said it's okay to kill off children.

What kills me is this couple would be locked up under the jail if they had a couple kilos of cocaine, a dead baby and another child starving in a cage? ok, $1500 bail, free to go.:doubt:

That is BULLSHIT!

Put them both in a 5' x5' cage for a year-together-in the Iraq desert-and let nature take care of them.

Apparently he was sent back to jail after they found the body. He's now been charged with 1st degree murder.

There's a possibility that Brian Gore will plead "not guilty" by reasons of insanity. Does Commonwealth's Attorney Bob Hicks who will prosecute Brian Gore think Gore's insane? Hicks said, "He doesn't appear to be, but apparently his attorney is having a difficult time communicating with him."

Hicks does not think the human bones found in a wooden box under the Gore's shed will ever determine cause of death during the autopsy.

"There was nothing there but bones. I don't think the medical examiner will be able to prove it." When asked what will happen to the first degree murder charge if you can't prove how the child died, Hicks said, "We will have to prove it some other way."

As for the 6-year-old daughter reportedly found in a crib made into a cage, weighing less than 15 pounds, and apparently near death Hicks said physically she may fully recover, but likely not mentally.

"I'm not a psychiatrist, but as you can imagine she never learned to talk. It's really too early to speculate how she's going to end up," said Hicks.
