Violent video games are focus of California petition to Supreme Court - Los Angeles Times

Well, hell, this just solidifies my will to vote Republican in 2010 and throw another monkey wrench into the capitalist economy. :eusa_angel:

Oh, and before another lame thread is started, yes, I can legally vote in 2010. :eusa_whistle:

You really think the Republican leaders are any better on this subject? They all want to censor something, Rep or Dem.

So, why does California feel the need to regulate video games when their economy is going under?

    They need to define violence.

Almost every game has some form of it.

Whack-A-Mole ... at Chuck E Cheeses ... the most violent v-game I have ever seen, and it's played by preschoolers.

They are on the verge of going bankrupt and this is what they come up with to deal with? Sheesh, what's wrong with these people?

Wasn't thinking of that, but it does also.

The only kind I have heard parents object to is the bloody stuff you see in some games.
