after they hear their parties did not win the election! Ah well, takes time for us all to learn. The final results are in and the Moderate Islamic Party Ennahda has as has been known for days the most votes, but not an overall majority

Things have now though apparently settled down and the next wee while will see how they do. They seem to be promising a pluralistic society, freedom of faith and to discourage people from drinking by methods of high taxes rather than bans.

Let's hope it works well for them. Obviously without an overall majority he is not going to get things all his own way - probably a good idea as they have not yet written their constitution.
