the good thing about it all is they said during the broadcast that the fans and the owner would like an outdoor stadium again,that the fans were thrilled they were playing outdoors again..the fans had signs everywhere that read-outdoor football in minnesota FINALLY!! so you know the fans want it. I see a simple solution here,tear down the rest of the roof of the metrodome and go back to playing all home games outdoors again,pure and simple.i was so thrilled to see them playing outdoors again that if they go back to indoors next year,i think i have finally had it with football and will just watch the old vikings games that were played outdoors in the good old days.
