Saddam has been captured and removed from power.
Rebuilding efforts have begun.

With all due respect, you can't factualy backup predictions about the future. So yes, it's all suspect. Some will be right. Some will be wrong. The list of accomplishments you provided are things that DO make me more at ease. The cost is yet to be seen, however. Things do not look good to many of us.
