Its very popular. There are Leagues in most areas and Glamorgan have been champion county several times.
There is a move to have an actual Welsh national team but at the moment we are supposedly represented by England under the guise of England and Wales. Its crap really because they are never referred to as that.

Some Welsh will support them, especially if they have a Welsh player, but the majority of us sit back and support anybody that plays against England.

My highlight was at Old Trafford watching India dump them out of the World Cup in 83. Think India went on to win it which was a huge upset.
