No,it defintely will not. Ken Blackwell,our Sec of State,is a tough guy and won't put up with any boohooing from people that say this and that is unfair. The whining here has been that somehow our system is unfair to poor people and blacks because they move a lot. Hey,how about re registering when you move like my hubby and I did when we bought our house?!!!! That is just too much too ask I guess.
