As for Cheney looking frail, I think it has more to do with him losing weight. Bigger people usually look frail when they become skinny.
So, hopefully it is just because he lost weight, and not because he is sick.

I assume he is getting Cadillac care, has a therapy pace maker, so that is cheney at 69. He will last to over 100 if his veins stay clean and China gives him organs. If he has trouble with the mind, well that is another matter.

69 is about the age the cons want you to retire at, so he is just getting ready for his golden years.
