Any veteran, regardless of politics, should be respected, because they put their lives on the line for us. I used to believe that anyone who opposed the war was a traitor. But, as i've grown and matured as a person. You can oppose a war, on a logical basis, and it doesnt make you un-american, or un-patriotic. Back to my point, anyone who served in the armed forces, should never be harrassed by anyone.

Anyone who questions the patriotism of any veteran, former or activity duty is committing an anti-american act. It is not american, to question a veterans patriotism, they put their lives on the line, so you could open your mouth. This thread has NOTHING to do with anyone on this board, other then me, cause i used to be a retard.

In addition you have Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans opposed to the continued occupation of Iraq.

I find it even more repugnant when people who have chosen NOT to serve their country criticize the anti-war opinions of those of us who have served.

I find such cowardly and slavish devotion to party and president over country to be truly despicable.
