I know no such thing. And again, you can't say it's unconstitutional because it IS constitutional by the only standard that matters.

You can disagree with the Court. But since you're the one who is so cautious about using words, you don't get to substitute your "opinion" that the decisions aren't ones you agree with (a position one may disagree with, but to which you are entitled) with an incorrect statement about the constitutionality of the laws.

Hey Moron, did you see me post in FAVOR of this claim? You really should go back to school and learn some critical reading skills. I really don't think you are doing your clients much good with your inability to understand the concepts of even simply conversations like this one.

And as you just demonstrated you do in fact find no problem with claiming Conservatives are mentally ill. The word for that being POLITICAL HACK.

Aside from the other points about the neuroses of conservatives an obvious fact is that they can't tolerate ambiguity. Conservatives seem to have a need for absolutes and the idea of ambiguity frightens the crap out of them. This fear evinces itself as anger. Five minutes listening to Limbaugh and his dittoheads or some other wingnut shock jock and his or her crazy listeners provides more than enough evidence to validate the idea that conservatives are terrified of ambiguity. Change makes them nauseous with fear. The idea of tolerance of something personally repelling fills them with horror. Conservatives are essentially child-like, they have a need for authority figures telling them all will be well, the horrible ambiguous bogey man will be chased away by the helpful adult.

It's an illness but it can be cured, thankfully.

I like national health care for several reasons, none of them have a thing to do with ambiguity or certainty or uncertainty. If someone else puts the argument in terms of certainty/uncertainty that's something they will have to defend.

Fair enough, but liberalism = socialism = cradle to grave steady hand of government taking care of its constituents. Conservatives strive for just the opposite. I don't see how you could argue that conservatives "can't tolerate ambiguity", at least when it comes to economics.
