I guess Wiki can be a decent supplement but not the only source. I only read the Bible once but sometimes use it for referance, not really one of my interests. There is a lot here, but most of it has very simple answers. Most of the verses quoted spoke of the Saducees, and Pharisees were the religious leaders of the time, in the Jewish faith. These leaders, according to Jesus, and scholars since Him, were legalistic, and corrupted. They preached legalism, demanding more than they were living out. They often preached lies, and acted by lies. They were snakes, "vipers" because their words were poisoning like snakes. However, that is not a statement about the whole Jewish faith. Remember, the first church was made up of mostly Jews.

The house of Jerusalem was defiled, and because of the falling away of the Jewish leaders, it was demolished.

John 10:8 does not call the Jews thieves and robbers.

John 8:39-59 is speaking, not of the fatherhood of Abraham, but the spiritual fatherhood of the devil, because they followed lies, rejecting the Messiah. The same was true of gentiles, sons of the devil, before they found a saving relationship with Jesus.

If you are talking about agreeing with the Jewish religion, then they have been looking for the Messiah to come for a lot longer than we have been waiting for Him to return. They have no idea what He is doing. We know He is "preparing a place...where we may come to be with Him."
