This is a ghoulish capitalism-paranoia vignette about vampires and zombies, inspired by the modernism-hysteria films Sin City and Dracula 2000.

Louis the aristocrat was secretly a blood-sucking vampire who time-travelled to New Orleans to confront a modern psychopath --- a machete-wielding zombie named Jason. Jason would use his evil machete to stalk prostitutes in the streets late at night and split them in half. Louis wanted to discuss the raw nature of Jason's macabre approach to violence and grisly murders, and he wanted to know why Jason always wore a hockey-mask.
LOUIS: You murder prostitutes as if you were Satan himself...
JASON: You're a vampire, Louis!!
LOUIS: At least I don't wield a machete...
JASON: No, you sink your vampire-teeth into the necks of supplicated young women!!
LOUIS: You spilt women in half...
JASON: They deserve it!!
LOUIS: No one deserves to be split in half...especially women!
JASON: Why?
LOUIS: I drink the blood to remember the magic of fertility.
JASON: I split humans in half, because they're hypocrites (e.g., Wall Street, Starbucks).
LOUIS: There's nothing 'condemnable' about capitalism, Jason...
JASON: What about Gordon Gekko?
Jason was very shrewd about the fragility of capitalism-morality in the modern world, but Louis the vampire challenged Jason's sense of grounding regarding the prudence of splitting women in half with a machete in the name of 'moral cleansing.' Louis categorized Jason as a 'nihilist-fundamentalist,' and Jason considered Louis a 'Utopian vampire' (if there was such a thing!). Louis realized Jason used his evil machete relentlessly, because it was a devastation-weapon signifying complete loss of sentiment. Louis resolved to create a 'profiteerism-based moral insanity historical database.' The database would include reports on Jack the Ripper, Alexander Hamilton, Rush Limbaugh, Bill Gates, and Donald Trump.
Louis travelled back to his own time and reported to his vampire-guru that he encountered a future zombie-psycho named Jason who split women in New Orleans in half (mostly wayward prostitutes) in the name of some fanatical anti-pedestrian anti-capitalism 'crusade' against modernism. Louis wanted to understand the links between vampirism (and the consumption of human-blood) and mayhem (or murder) in the name of bureaucracy-rejection. "Could anti-social behavior in a congested urban environment be justified in terms of 'Machiavellian wrath'?" Louis wondered. Jason would always be a symbol of anti-industrialization panic.
