For All:

We've been pretty lax about member signatures. Our reward for this has been ever-increasing member signatures with bigger and bigger pics. Some completely drown out anything the member might think he/she is trying to say. People see what looks like a bowl of spaghetti and skim right over.

I will draw your attention to the actual rule:

General:
All messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the forum owners. The owners and moderators of USmessageboard.com reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well. Member signatures may not be longer than ten (10) lines.

For clarification, that is ten lines of type, default pitch or smaller. All of you Patrick Henry's out there need to say what you have to say or post your pics in that amount of space.

Members will have a "grace" period of a few days to fix their own signatures and/or may receive requests from board staff to fix them. After that -- and this goes to those of you who have in the past steadfastly ignored requests to fix them -- staff will edit them to conform to board policy.

I would appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thanks.

Gunny
