If the question to the Palestinians is "Do you want Jews to rule you", the answer would be an overwhelming "no" (unlike in America where the answer is "Yes, but don't mention it."). But, when the question is Israeli citizenship vs. a two two-state solution, the answer ought to be different. With the existence of Israel, a two-state solution is completely untenable. They'd have a country constantly under siege by Israel. But, as Israeli citizens, they'd have the headcount to rename Israel to Palestine.

Israel doesn't have a king. It has a President, a president named Shimon Peres, not Jesus.

Forgiving your historical, geographical, political, and biblical ignorance, when Jesus was called king of Israel, there was no nation-state named Israel. So, you might reconsider what is being referred to in John 12:13.

For a state to be recognized under international law it actually has to exist (control some territory, be able to assume the duties and responsibilities of a state, have a functioning state apparatus, etc.). How difficult is that to understand?

Japan is a vital ally and critical to the US. The US made a commitment to Japan after WWII, to rebuilt it and protect it, provided it does not create an offensive military. Japan and South Korea are threatened by N. Koreaon a regular basis today, and in some cases China. In the past the USSR was also a serious threat to both these countries. That is why the US still maintains a healthy troop presence in S Korea along the demilitarized zone, as well as in Japan. There are also other places / allies of US National Security interest around the world that the US has declared it is ready to go to war over if threatened: Israel, the Straits of Hormuz (main oil artery), Panam Canal, any of our closer European NATO allies such as UK, Germany, France, Italy, etc.

Arabs / Muslims on the other hand allied themselves with the Nazis during WWII, and then became client states of the Soviets (some still are). This prompted the US the start supporting Israel miltarily in the 60's as a counterbalance to Russian military influence in the region. Until then the US did not provide any military assistance or hardware to Israel. By then Israel had already won four of it's major wars against Arabs.
