US v2 or US v1? Which do YOU use and why?

Today I discovered US v1. It's much softer on the eyes but I'm not too crazy about how the quotes look within a thread.

Do any of you use this layout?
And can someone tell me which is the classic or original look for USMB?

I use V2 because Obama told me to.

X1 uses V2?

I looked at the v1 format and the icons for the main page look like the Obama campaign logo. Yikes! Unintentional, I presume. V-2 has the eagle.

V1, never liked V2.

V1 was first.

With V2, I don't like the way it displays PMs and rep stuff, with V1 it says what kind of message (rep comment, PM) while V2 just says 'notifacation'.

You should make a audio or video recording that is all distorted and old sounding that would be a spoof on old 1970s and 1980s commercials...and use that text. Like and old school USMB ad, similar to this:
