It's self-report, so can't they lie? It says they're in trouble if they're caught lying, but how you going to catch them?
It's like asking folks on a gun background check if they've ever been mentally ill.

That's the least we should do. Israel says that profiling is what makes their security system so good. We should go back to profiling too.
