Tell us why Jordanian FORMAL annexation of the West Bank and E, Jerusalem was accepted yet when Israel obtained those territories after the Arabs initiated the 67 War it became " occupied"

The Jordanian annexation of the West Bank was the occupation and consequent annexation of the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) by Jordan (formerly Transjordan) in the aftermath of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.[1][2] During the war, Jordan's Arab Legion conquered the Old City of Jerusalem and took control of territory on the western side of the Jordan River, including the cities of Jericho, Bethlehem, Hebron and Nablus.[3] At the end of hostilities, Jordan was in complete control of the West Bank. It was FORMALLY annexed April 24, 1950

It wasn't. Only Britain and Pakistan recognized the annexation. The rest of the world said it was an occupation.

Jordan FORMALLY annexed it. From what I have read, nobody seemed to care or yell to the U.N. about " International Law" or " occupation"

According to " International Law" the Israelis were to have access to their Holy Sites but were of course denied. "
Maybe YOU can tell us why the UN " PEACEKEEPERS" deliberately left just prior to the War since you're such a expert on " International Law"

Yet another Barack Obama and Jimmy Carter policy overturned by this magnificent President.

I bet Jimmy Carter is prematurely turning over in his grave.

Deflection. “ International Law” should apply to everybody

The U. N. and it’s double standard has everything to do with “ Palestine “

Just admit you can’t answer because there was not a justifiable reason for the “ peacekeepers “ to deliberately leave with tensions rising or why Jordan was allowed to do what they did

The Trump administration has returned sanity to US policy on the issue. There is no rational basis in factor logic for calling the Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria illegal. There is no rational basis in fact or lobic for calling the Israeli administration of Judea and Samaria an occupational. Only some one profoundly ignorant of the situation or deeply bigoted can claim the "Palestinians" are capable of credibly offering peace to Israel since their leadership is so fragmented and not likely to be consolidated in the foreseeable future.

Palestine is not responsible for what other countries do.

It's long past time the world just let Israel and Palestine have it all out. Start the battle and resume things according to however the dust settles.

The United States on Monday effectively backed Israel‘s right to build settlements in the West Bank, declaring they did not violate international law.

The announcement by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was a victory for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is struggling to remain in power after two inconclusive Israeli elections this year, and a defeat for the Palestinians.

You can't complain about Israel annexing land, if other countries surrounding Israel have annexed land, and you have nothing to say about it.

If you are not going to enforce your made up standards on everyone equally, then you, and your standards, have zero credibility.

RE: US says Israeli courts determine legality of settlements
※→ Mindful, et al,

Well, the legitimacy of International Law is really based on who practices it and who are bound by it.

And is there such a thing as "international law"?

(COMMENT)

◈ On the matter of International Law:

Article 38 • Statute of ICJ.jpg

◈ Sometimes, the Rule of Law (RoL) does not work. With respect to the Crimea (Russian Federation, formerly southern Ukraine), → the people of the peninsula might find it the application to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) detrimental to the relationship with the Russian Federation proper. The Crimeans knew that, no matter what the outcome, no RoL would be enforceable even if the ICJ ruled against The Russian Federation.

Much of International Law is segmented and selectively enforced. It may not suppose to be that way, but that is the way it is (real world).

Who is the arbiter of international law? And why should anyone recognize their authority on anything?
(COMMENT)

There are more than a dozen International Courts using different aspects of International Law.

Most Respectfully,
R
