Your military is a waste of money if you're not going to make all these overseas incursions. The country doesn't manifestly benefit from military spending. Trump just took all of the military infrastructure spending - schools, day cares, military base inprovements, to help build his useless wall. This money would be much better spent on the facilities it was originally intended for. Those at least provide useful infrastructure.

What do you need all these people and equipment for if you're not providing protection to your NATO Allies, and there's no more communism to fight against? If everyone is on their own for defence, why do you need the biggest, baddest, army in the world for?
