US: Israeli missile defense system can protect our Mideast bases

All right, you stupid fucking fuck Abbas. Now what say ye?

IDF shoots, kills Palestinian during Nablus raid (jpost) *

IDF soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian man on Wednesday morning during an arrest raid in the West Bank city of Nablus.

According to the IDF, the soldiers opened fire at the man's legs after he tried escaping an area in which they were operating and arresting terror suspects.

* Not the most centered paper in Israel and it's mostly for English readers, but it works

The US has given Abbas over $300M for security. What does it do?

Abbas won't say squat.

I think the PA has arrested like 10 people in 30+ years of this bullshit...and that was just recently and only because the US made them.

Their security forces are shit. If Abbas really cared about terrorism, he would've helped the IDF with that raid...and would crack down on mobs that kill men who are accused 'spies'.

Meh. His own people hate him.

Palestine's constitution requires a court issued warrant for arrest. That requires that the person arrested has to violate a law. There was no mention of a violation.

Do you know what else the PA does? It pays salaries to prisoners in Israeli prisons! wtf.

Even Hamas thugs are paid by the PA.

Blow up a school and you're Palestinian: collect a salary in an Israeli prison, get conjugal visits, get a bachelor's degree, get kosher food...:cuckoo:

uh, yeah.

The EU and the US support the PA. When the PA whines it can't fund salaries, the EU (esp France) offers to help.

And you people WONDER why Israel has such a hard time with these fucks.

It is well known that to be accused of being a 'spy' in the WB or Gaza means death.
The PA and Hamas have many 'no relations with Jews' rules already, but to be accused of treason is the wost thing to happen to you.

Palestinian militants have a tradition of inflicting vigilante punishments on people accused of collaboration with the Jewish state. During a Palestinian uprising which began in 2000, militants publicly executed people accused of tipping off Israeli security forces about the whereabouts of wanted men.

Such killings have become rare in the West Bank since a bolstered police force, supervised by Abbas's Western-backed government, has largely restored law and order in recent years.

Under Western scrutiny, Abbas has withheld the presidential approval required by law for carrying out death sentences against Palestinians convicted of treason.

Ignoring him, rival Hamas Islamists who control the Gaza Strip executed an accused spy on May 4, underscoring their differences with Abbas's Fatah movement on the same day the two groups signed a power-sharing deal in Cairo.

Sheesh. At least in Egypt, they just toss you in a cell.

Israel is concerned that its spy network in Gaza has been decimated. You see a lot fewer murders in Gaza than before Hamas won the elections.

Abu, you and I should go into business together: We make those checked scarves real cheap in China and start selling them for very special Jihad price. You in?

I doubt that you know what the Hamas, PA battle is.

The funny thing is that the Hamas gang has even more crazy rivals. They kidnapped an ISM guy to force Hamas to release their Arab mafia leader, and instead the guy ended up getting murdered...so Rachel Corrie's buddies, the ISM, said, uh, well, I bet Israel was behind it.

Because, you know, they can't admit that Gaza is a cesspool of its own making.
