    They took 1 hour.

    A time tax?

Even libertarians are taking this theft lying down.

Wait a few months, be real sneaky about it, and I bet you can steal it back.

And if I die before pay back time will they pay it back to my estate?

Yea they give in back in November, kinda like a time refund...........but there are strings attached.

Let's join forces and get this taken care of, or should we wait until after the election??

    You too?

Life is better without the worry of keeping them, IMO.

The world somehow makes more sense when you stop trying to make it make sense.

Last year's tax filing for our 501(c)3 cost that organization about 3% of its annual gross revenue.

No that wasn't the rate of taxes we paid, that just was the COST of tax preparation!

Imagine if Conoco had to pay 3% of its revenues for tax prep.

Their tax filing costs (not the tax the cost to prepare their taxes) would have been .03 x $46,000,000,000 = $1,380,000,000.

Hey for all I know Conoco more than pays that amount, but in their case they save money having accountants finding them tax savings.

In our case all that accountant did was keep us in compliance with the law.

And it was worth every cent to pay him for doing so, too.
