The crime statistics I linked are compared to national averages and are calculated in per capita to population. You cannot escape it that way.

If you look at the statistics and you want to say that African American Female Democrats are underrepresented in politics and the answers to your problems, it's obvious that's not only untrue, but it's not going to help you get what you want.
