GAZA, (PIC)-- The Hamas Movement strongly denounced the Palestinian Authority (PA) in Ramallah for sending a delegation to Europe to persuade officials there to rescind its plan to open a sea route to the besieged Gaza Strip.

In another context, a memorandum supported by legal excerpts from the Palestinian basic law issued by Hamas lawmakers in the West Bank outlined the violations committed by the PA and its security apparatuses and described them as serious crimes against Palestinian civilians.

The memorandum highlighted the major violations committed against the political, civil, economic and social rights of the Palestinian citizens in the West Bank because of their affiliations. These violations include, arbitrary arrests, torture and discrimination and inequality in the public service.

The lawmakers stressed in their paper that all the violations committed by Fatah and its institutions in the West Bank are not subject to statute of limitations, nor to prescription, pursuant to article 32 of the basic law.
