The GOP either knows how to manage a Budget or they don't. Obama had no clue how to manage a Budget either. They need to fix entitlements to help the Budget. Sequester-II would be better than the current mess. By 2027 the interest on the Debt will crowd out 25% of the Budget, so the window is closing when action can be taken.
