A victory for liberty indeed.

I am outraged that the law under which these charges were brought even exists. The NERVE of the government to tell citizens they cannot video tape police officers on duty. Where are we living - in America or Nazi Germany? As was so aptly stated in the OP article, "Who watches the watchers?" The answer is, it should be US because if it isn't us, it sure as hell isn't going to be them.
