I cannot speak for all Trump supporters but as for me I to be pro Police is not the same as supporting the police state. To support just laws is not the same as supporting any and all laws regardless if they are constitutional or not.
I have one issue with Trump and it's Firearms
Bump Stock ban which may very well be overturned because the ATF overreacted
Red Flag laws which he has not acted on those views
No firearms until 21 which he has not executively acted on that either.
So unlike obama sheep Trump can lose my support.

 

I was neutral on Trump because I KNOW he is well aware of the fact that he cannot enforce much of his border wall B.S. He's pandering to the masses. A lot of it will predictably be overturned in the United States Supreme Court. Other parts of it will be defunded by Congress. Some of it is Executive Orders that a liberal Democrat will simply rescind.

The bump stock ban violated the Constitution on THREE counts:

1) It attacks the Second Amendment outright

2) It violated the ban on ex post facto laws by requiring people to turn in existing stocks (see Article I Section 9 of the Constitution.) If you recall, when the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban went into effect, you got to keep your existing weapons

3) The only way Trump could ban bump stocks was under the guise of doing so for the public good. In that case, he was required to give just compensation to those turning in the stocks. That is in the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.

Trump stated that:

"I generally oppose gun control, but I support the ban on assault weapons and I support a slightly longer waiting period to purchase a gun. ..The Republicans walk the NRA line and refuse even limited restrictions.." His 2000 book The America We Deserve

Let us not forget his famous words:

Gun control is my litmus test. For that reason, I do not support Trump in any way, shape, fashion or form. The flip side to that coin is that all his political opposition is just like him on the issue so there is nothing to be gained from voting for him UNLESS you have Republican control over the House and Senate and a Democrat as president. Since we don't have that, we gain nothing with or without Trump.

With unemployment at what is known as statistical zero unemployment, you cannot make an economic case for the nutty wall idea. That's not to say we do not have a problem with foreigners, but that is a problem of our own making. Foreigners are not pushing drugs down your kids throats. No, that honor belongs to parents, schools, the government, doctors and Big Pharma.

As those children are aging, they are the ones dragging America down. People like me would rather hire an American, but honestly I do not know one, single solitary white male between the ages of 18 to 30 (except for college grads) that can do anything. Here are guys that cannot change a tire on their car; they can't replace a light socket; can't fix a leaky sink. Virtually all of them have a drug habit, a criminal record, and no high school diploma. They have no real work experience, no work ethic, nothing.

Between the million new citizens we naturalize, the guys that are professional "gamers" or YouTube sensations, those who are gay, and those who have gotten into inter-racial marriages, the only demographic not doing so great in today's economy are white males... and they are doing it to themselves.

You have to clean up your own culture and quit allowing yourselves to be flipped by Democrats posing as Republicans AND learn how the peripheral laws surrounding the wall are destroying your country. You're being played by wannabe tyrants.

 

You are being played by the Democrat party period they need more slaves for the plantation.

 

Make this easy for everybody. How are the Democrats playing me?

Bear in mind, I do not rely on the MSM, have never voted for Democrats, am not influenced in the media by them as I do not have cable or satellite tv and don't access their sites when I'm on the computer. My radio in the car is tuned to conservative talk radio.

How can people that I do not come into contact with influence me? Son, I didn't even watch their debates.

The ONLY people influencing my thought process are those on the right. Quite frankly, all I hear from your side is the B.S. spewed by Bill Clinton in the 1990s. It's damn near verbatim and you can't explain that. So, it is going to sound mighty funny when you psychoanalyze me and find out that NOBODY among the Democrats sounds like me. My talking points are all mine. Disagreeing with the double agent Democrat, Donald Trump, doesn't make me a Democrat. It only means that you're afraid to look at the indisputable FACTS.

Did you ever consider that when people cannot disagree with Donald Trump without you jumping to his defense and making unsubstantiated claims, it might be YOU that was played?

I'm a freeloader for not paying for a tv I don't watch? I'm a freeloader because I use the office computer during my downtime so people don't pursue me at home? Well, when I pay for services, I pay the highest because I demand the best. Freeloader isn't a very accurate term.

Do you have ANYTHING other than insults that might lead a rational person to believe you have any valid criticism against me other than the fact that I do not believe Donald Trump is a god?

It means exactly what I think it means, In fact, Lair, I once owned land on a river in Texas and they are VERY clear on how far my land extended to the river. It was about 50 feet I could go on but that I could not control.
