What right do other Countries have to demand a Government of a Sovereign Nation step down?

We can declare war, invade or use force to make them step down but we have no right to think we can simple tell them to step down.

Ill say we have the ability to invade or use force to make them step down but not the right. Also, the only people who have the actual right to dismantle the government of a country is the people of that country and it must be done democratically.
