You do not have to go through any naturalization process, you are a "natural born citizen". Ted Cruz clearly meets all the needed criteria.

. So my wife who was born in Scotland to a military family is not a U.S. citizen ? She was born on Scotland earth, and returned to the USA with her family, and she is a United States natural born citizen born to her American mom who was also a natural born citizen as well.
