Only recommend this type of gaining universal healthcare for people that does not have healthcare or the healthcare is minor.
If you do not have healthcare and you have a terminal illness, it would be in your best interest to cause a criminal act that forces the government of the United States of America to place you in jail and finally in prison. Reason I say this, since you have a terminal illness it really does not matter if you die in a hospital for free citizens or die in a hospital only for prisoners. Remember, you in this case have a terminal illness so does it matter if you die in a hospital that will add thousands of dollars of your family members to pay for your medical bills. Or, you can cause a criminal act, than the government will pay for your medical care for the rest of your life and in your case your terminal illness.
The government of the United States of America in theory does not want to pay for medical bills of prisoners that are almost at the point of death because the medical bills have to be paid from the taxpayers. Therefore, if you have a terminal illness a simple crime is just going to place you right back on the streets. Even a major crime may not get you universal healthcare for the rest of your life. In theory, you may have to perform a crime that the government has no choice but to give you free healthcare for your terminal illness.
