Highly diversified, pretty much recession-proof economy here.

VERY low property and vehicle taxes, NO state income tax either, very business-friendly environment, state is running a surplus. Again. Still.

BEST roads, bridges and other infrastructure, anywhere. ALWAYS new construction going on almost everywhere you look. Consumer prices moderate-low. Great schools.
