Umm, Congress has already cut taxes

In the words of Joe Wilson
"you lie"
So lets here about those tax cuts?

1) The bank bailout bill included tax cuts, which the republicans voted against
2) The stimulus bill included tax cuts, which the republicans voted against

Which were only included in the bill to buy some Republican votes. They voted against bailing out banks that mismanaged funds and voted against a stimulus that will have our future generations paying off this debt. BTW, the stimulus has not worked and banks are not loaning money to small business. Guess they were right in voting no.
