Understanding The Financial Meltdown Stalled Stimulus, (Caused By The Inflants)!

Widely known in the more premier economic assessment circles--in and out of fashion alike--economics has no basis in arithmetic. Arithmetic is intentional, and that that is clearly socialist. Instead, when the rich have all the money, and the poor have none of the money: Then everyone lives happily ever after. Nappy headed ho's play basketball at pricey schools, and even go to luncheon with the Spanish Royal Family!

When the poor were unable to pay on the mortgages, and the rich houses came tumbling on down: Anyone notices that adults were not at fault?). Instead, they got $750.0 bil. to show for it. Many would simply note that it was after all a Conservative, Republican Administration that had caused it all. Some would say that the Left-leaning, U. S. government would eventually even side with the high-tech, Euro-Socialist-based, regulated corporate solutions to the Gulf Coast Spill Crisis. Conservative Republican, Real Adults would actually cry that they were unable to pile rocks in the sand, instead.

Clearly, adults were involved in none of the above! Even now, no one so-states!

The Three-Part U. S. Federal Stimulus went first to adults in the form of tax cuts, and refundable tax credits. It went secondly to adults who were then supposed to fund state and local infra-structure public works. Any day now, it is further expected that one third will to go directly to federally funded, direction kinds of projects: That are Green, expensive, and high-tech job creative. That had not happened, so far, at the end of July. Adults will point out that no specific summer had ever been so-stated. Australia is actually now heading into springtime.

Mostly, the stimulus appears to not be working all that well, likely based on the second third. Few infra-sructure projects got funded, but likely even City of Bell, CA, got funded. No one seems to claim that adults were involved, and in childish spitefullness. In fact, at state and local government, and schools, 171,000 of them even got fired--even with the funding. In the childish spitefulness as usual, that money would not be spent in the private sector, to increase private sector jobs.

The spite of childish, ungratified wishes, seems everywhere at play in the so-called ARRA, even so far. The last third is still being hoarded: No doubt in the name of the children, so as not to be spent in places like Kenya, or in Haiti. Little kiids, even noted above, even now know how to whine, and complain, and keep it for themselves.

Essentially, state and local tax bases had collapsed, even to 75% just east of University of California, Berkeley: Which caused it all. No efforts were made to restore the state and local tax bases with public works projects. Even the Water-Starved, California Central Valley--just east of University of California, Berkeley, which caused it all--could use public works projects, even now. The entire UC System instead, and State and local government employees, and first responders, and the teachers: Instead hoarded all the money for themselves. Bell, CA, is now even famous about it. University of California should also be famous for it all. Even at the pricey Ivy League--of the one famous professor's lost housekeys--they could have been to a more late model abode: So as not to confused the local first responders. Even at the Ivy League, likely anyone knows that the late model version may be worth more. Anyone knows how really childish they are.

No one suggests, in fact, that adults had anything to with any of the above.

In America, anyone knows the actual cause of it all, instead. It wasn't those adults. It wasn't us adults. But anyone knows it was caused!

The Endless Summer Search For the Cause Of It All, Continuing: Inflants and Little Kids Do First Come to mind.

Soon, when many are in school--learning wrong things, from people doing wrong things--then will the Make-Over, Indian-Giving, Stimulus begin! The government in this scenario will actually give back, in the newer scenario, far more than it could ever take in!

Adults clearly know nothing of these things! NIE says Inconlusive! Conclusive, it is! Yale Economists say, "In Recession, you cut taxes, like Socialists!" Proof that it doesn't work woiuld soon follow(?)! Even Moslem fanatics would take pity. "I don' know nothin' bout' collectin' no taxes:" Actually did not apply at the time. Actually, over 40% of filers already had no federal income tax liability. Adults had already taken the different veiw.

Mainly, adults had no clue that this was in fact the case. Therefore, the children had no clue, and were clearly the cause of it all. No adults could be blamed for it all.

So Procurements went on to happen, $1.0 tril. deficit was created, and therefore the poor had all the money(?)! There was an, "Intelligent Design," somehow all about it. "Let's carve up the earth into little squares, and sell them!" was now more than ever what America would be about. That was famously known as, "Intelligent Design, Too!" Asset values would always rise, and therefore all notes were eternally secure. There was believed to be an "Intelligent Design" about it all!

At any rate, Socialist it was not thought to be, and so, "Socialist" is how it turned out! Eventually, the $55.0 tril. Total Credit Market was deemed essentially unable to take care of itself! Adults, made kazillions in celebration(?)! Certain financial houses ,of heritage that anyone can think, of were not considered too big to fail: (As in able to pick up the scent!) Adults, of course, do not understand about these things.

Shown in the OP, ultimately the solution would be to fund public payrolls, since no taxes anywhere could be found to fund public payrolls. The First part of the Stimulus had contained the refundable Tax Credit, National COLA. Some people spent it. Some people had spent it a few months ago. Others would find other uses for it. The downturn was stopped. All kinds of households kept their jobs.

Since anyone can see that adults had not been involved, then it would be up to the infants to provide the gung ho confidence, needed to reinvest in America. The banks clearly didn't need the money. Entrepreneurs couldn't see any money. The banks had already cut up the credit cards. "Signposts" became "Stimulus" in America. Burma Shave(?)

No public works, for the most part, occurred. Adults already knew that, "Children don't do public works," and therefore the infants could be blamed for the slow pace of it all. Many understand this in history!
