It sank into irrelevance so long ago. Those of us who are really really ancient can remember back when people actually paid attention to it.

Was the UN ever relevant? I mean the only useful thing that they actually do is store the Treaties of the world in an archive. Seriously, I don't think it would take much to copy that capability in a more useful organization.
