Depends, I have been to Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New Orleans, Houston, Detroit and Washington DC just to name a few and I never saw rats the size of 6 year old boys wandering the streets.

I have always wanted to go to NYC, I have been to JFK air port but I want to go into the city and see what its really like.

Closest I got was the docks across the harbor from Lady Liberty.
Beautiful at night, she is.

Glad to have missed the "real city" though.

Hell I went UA and missed ship's movement to avoid NYC

Hmmm sounds like NYC needs to take care of this rat problem, I have heard about this from several people so far, these rats are almost citizens of the city now.
