UH-OH... Looks Like the kenyan Has ANOTHER State To SUE!

I now consider myself a proud Virginian but was born and reared in Alabama. I believe in strong border control and the legal path to citizenship but have a student who would get caught up in one of the Alabama law provisions. The new law requires schools to check the immigration status of the students. On its face, it sounds like a reasonable thing to do. My student is a citizen of a Central American country but has a desire to serve in the USMC. She is presently in our school's MCJROTC program, and in uniform looks like an active duty Marine already. She is a great student and one of the only kids in my first period class that stands and recites the pledge to the flag with me. She is taking steps this summer to become legal and I will help her in any way that I can. There are a few US citizens though that I would like to deport. Maybe we could do a swap.

Sounds good to me. I don't know why anyone (other than illegal aliens) would be against this law.

Brack Obama Sr. was a Kenyan. Relatives in Kenya say Barack jr. was born there. Until fairly recently both Barack and his wife said he was born in Kenya. Major newspapers reported on the Kenyan born Senator from Illinois.
The only evidence you have that he's an American, is a poorly forged birth certificate that shows Barack Obama Sr's race as "kenyan".

Plus he has a Social Security number on his supposed Selective Service Registration card issued in Connecticut (where Obama has never been) that was previously issued to a man born in 1890. Hint: The SS Admin never issues duplicate numbers.

If you spent half the time researching Obama as you do insulting Sarah Palin you'd find discover that Obama is a Kenyan.

These laws are reasonable however this all depends on if the are actually enforced or not.

Immigration falls under the jurisdiction of the Federal Government.

What's "simple" there tough guy, is that I wrote that she is illegal. Another simple fact is we have dirtbags here legally dragging the country down while I've got kids busting their ass trying to do the right thing. Read what I wrote instead of regurgitating a few quotes you memorized. I'm as righty as anyone, but the right thing to do should not be a partisan issue.

I am tickled to death over the Alabama law and soon the DOJ will run out of money suing states. They have money and time to sue states but no money to enforce our immigration laws.
