October reports show employment up and unemployment down - National Elections | Examiner.com

The official report due out tomorrow is expected to be very close to these numbers. This is completely opposite of what everyone was thinking was going to happen.

    ELECTION OVER

A lot of part time and people going without. :(

Yet he CUT our space program and most of our science
    We're not building planes
    We're not building ships
    We're not building power plants

    Is these jobs fast food?

We need to start modernizing our energy grid
    More money for science
Go back to the moon(a few hundred thousand more high paid jobs)

This is the kind of employment we need. NOT FAST FOOD.

Hey, I agree with you on that, but those types of programs require tax dollars, and right now a good percentage of Americans don't want to pay anymore in taxes. We can't spend more money on those types of programs when we are borrowing money just to pay for our current programs.

If you believe the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, go read Article 1, Section 8, Clause 8, and see how your opinion squares with it.

We need to lower the corporate taxes and regs on the private sector. The government always had a part in developing new tech through R@D and paying the private sector to go forward with it.

Just not centralizing control over them like Obama is doing.
