U.S. Supreme court deals major blow to the ten commandments

What are the first four commandments and what have they got to do with governing America?

Well by the time dumbasses get us to the point of being like N. Korea then we'll all find out just how loved it will be.
If ppl don't know the importance of it now you are a part of this Nation losing the very freedom most leftist dumb asses apparently don't realize they have at the moment.

It in no way guarantees freedom from religion. Feel free to post the text.

It's trivial to do so, and it's already been done.

"no law respecting an establishment of religion"

"Respecting" in that context means "in regards to". No part of any government in the USA can make any sort of laws that are pro- or anti- any religion. They have to stay neutral on the subject. Posting the 10 commandments is definitely not being neutral.

Basic English. If conservatives would only learn it, along with basic logic and basic morality, they wouldn't constantly fail so hard with their whiny Constitutional, historical and moral revisionism. The funniest part is how they get so upset when you point out their revisionism.

It's obvious the founding fathers based the foundation of this country with a belief in God. The first amendment states that they can't force you or prevent you from following a religion. That's it. Doesn't say anything about the country not being founded on a belief in God though.

The pledge of allegiance and our currency all reference God. Should those be regarded as unconstitutional as well?

Then read it because it does answer your question you just choose not to see the answer. Since it's not what you want to see.

Just like this "
Question 21: Will nationalities continue to exist under communism?

Answer: The nationalities of the peoples who join together according to the principle of community will be just as much compelled by this union to merge with one another and thereby supersede themselves as the various differences between estates and classes disappear through the superseding of their basis — private property.

Question 22. Do Communists reject existing religions?

Answer: All religions which have existed hitherto were expressions of historical stages of development of individual peoples or groups of peoples. But communism is that stage of historical development which makes all existing religions superfluous and supersedes them.

In the name and on the mandate of the Congress"

If I were on the Supreme Court, I would delete four of the ten commandments

Not one of Gods better days

We just can't wait until the day you idiots get your way and regret every freaking breathing moment of it.

Personal religious belief is not a requirement for American citizenship, but acknowledgment of our national belief that human equality and rights come from an authority beyond human will is a moral duty of citizenship. Its rejection constitutes a denial of natural rights and human equality, and is inconsistent with ordered liberty.

We see what happens in municipalities where people pray to liquor, drugs and unbridled sex.

Which municipalities are those, because frankly, I'd like to move there.
You can try Uniondale, Hempstead and Roosevelt in Nassau County.
Living there is so great that when you get murdered at a bar, which happens 2-3 times a week, no one will read about it in a paper cause no one gives a shit.

If you burn the bible , most of us still know what is right or wrong. See most of us have a conscience, some don't therefore they need signs to tell them.

Well, yes. And if courts were honest, they would be. However, smirking judges have declared that phrases like "In God We Trust" and "Under God" aren't really a state endorsement of Christianity. They know they're lying, all the Christians know they're lying, but they think lying for God is justifiable.

And God is a generic term, it might mean Allah is 100 years.
