    Looks like we're still in Iraq, but using civilians with guns instead ogf military, so we're still spending billions there.

    Not to mention we're doing it without Iraqs' permission.

    Pretty pathetic.

    We still have a US Military presence in the country guarding the Embassy as well as training Iraqi Troops, and there are still American Security Contractors working in Iraq although some did close down and some were dismissed from Iraq completely, so yes we do have a presence in Iraq although it is nothing as close to the one we had previously with over 100,000 Troops in country. It will be a while until there is 0 Military Personnel there.
