If a person files a discrimination lawsuit claiming that the defendants used hazardous chemicals and poisonous insects to cause a disability which ineffect causes a termination of employment because it happens to blacks, females, and older persons how would you judge?


The Plaintiff was not allowed to talk to witness. The Plaintiff was not allowed to test chemicals.

The Defendants alleged that it is all in the Plaintiff's head.

No materials facts submitted.

The Court rules that the Defendants did not discriminate.

I'm curious though, how does an employer use poisonous insects in a discriminatory manner?
 
I'm wondering why the judge didn't dismiss the case when he found out no material facts were going to be submitted. How can he issue a ruling without evidence?
