Two men shot, but not killed, in Britain...they shoot each other in the legs over there...

And here you have two more shootings in a country that banned and confiscated guns.... so now, only the rich and criminals have guns....

Notice, they shot the one guy in the legs.....they don't seem to shoot to kill over there...

Two men shot in drive-by shooting in Lea Bridge Road, Leyton | Metro News

Two men have been shot and another run over in a drive-by shooting in east London. Police rushed to Lea Bridge Road in Leyton at 2.30am this morning and found a man in his 40s suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.

Later this morning, another man in his 20s turned up at hospital with a gunshot wound. Scotland Yard said they believe his injury is connected to the two men injured in the drive-by shooting.

...and if the entire local community owned firearms, this would have stopped a the driveby, how, exactly?


First....there are all kinds of crime.....drive by shootings are just one form of violent attack... the point to this thread is to show that British gun control laws did not stop these criminals from getting guns... they have, however, stopped law abiding British citizens from protecting themselves from rape, robbery and murder....


Well....as more Americans own and actually carry guns..........

While gun crime in Britain has gone up, 44% in London.....

We went from 200 million guns in private hands in the 1990s and 4.7 million people carrying guns for self defense in 1997...to close to 400-600 million guns in private hands and over 17 million people carrying guns for self defense in 2017...guess what happened...

Gun Homicide Rate Down 49% Since 1993 Peak; Public Unaware

Compared with 1993, the peak of U.S. gun homicides, the firearm homicide rate was 49% lower in 2010, and there were fewer deaths, even though the nation’s population grew. The victimization rate for other violent crimes with a firearm—assaults, robberies and sex crimes—was 75% lower in 2011 than in 1993. Violent non-fatal crime victimization overall (with or without a firearm) also is down markedly (72%) over two decades.
