Two Ballot Complaints Filed Against Obama To Keep Him Off Georgia Primary Ballot

These are official formal primary ballot challenges that has been filed to make the Georgia Chief Elections Official to supervise the vetting process of Obama and guarantee the sanctity of the ballot. When a complaint is filed, by law, the Elections officer must investigate and hold a hearing. This is going to put pressure on the elections officials. This has never been done to a sitting president. To be honest, these complaints are well put together. They are concise and to the point and leaves no "wiggle room" for the Chief Election Officer. The citing of Minor v. Happersett lays out the case why the challenges must happen. Can anyone find anything wrong in these complaints? Have a look.

Good morning Matthew. Yep, this is going to be a interesting election season with all these state official challenges to Obama being on the ballot which didn't take place last election. The challengers are going to use the states election fraud statutes against him forcing a vetting investigation on him. To me it's a brilliant tactical maneuver.
