Following the serious allegations against Mr Trump there is one issue that hasnt been discussed.

After the election he will be looking around for paid employment.

Should he be allowed to resume his tv performing career with these allegations hanging over him ?

I would say that the networks have a duty of care to both contestants and employees. They need to investigate each allegation individually and somehow find a way through this. Friends of Mr Grope will be hoping that their man will be exonerated but I feel that they may be groping for solutions.

TV must grasp this opportunity to cleanse itself of the toxic image. As a Conservative Christian male I would be uncomfortable seeing old pervs preening themselves all over my HD 4K Plasmatron.

He's already exploring the idea of starting a new TV network. His sons are setting it up. It's speculated that this whole campaign is serving as a plug for himself on this new venture, to spike his future ratings.

---- which would be exactly his pattern .... using other people's resources, in this case the entire national electoral system... for the never-ending profit of Numero Uno.

As far as ethics though --- TV has never had any. Nor is it even capable of it. It is by nature a propaganda device, i.e. a liar. It deals with dictating all sensory input and reducing everything to immediate two-dimensional emotion while ignoring mitigating context.

In other words if Donald Rump were a box full of circuits he would be a TV.

I think Trump has enough stolen/swindled cash squirrelled away that like Mitt Romney he does not need to work again ever in his life.

Whether some network gives him a TV job is doubtful.

Even Fox hates The Donald now.

Whether he has enough cash to buy a TV network of his own is doubtful.

His credit rating is totally shot with his $1 billion casino losses. Even the bankers hate him now.

Like Romney, I suspect Trump will sink into oblivion after the elections.

He may even commit suicide, like in the poem "Richard Cory".

The word "again" is misplaced here, since he's never held a job in his life.

Wouldn't bet on that. Again, TV has no ethics; regardless how they "feel" about Rump or anyone else, they feel a certain way about Money. And anything as outrageous as Rump is a gold mine for that. You put a train wreck on TV and people will watch it. That's always been a truism.

I understand that Trump Inc has done well out of this election by charging the Trump campaign for use of facilities and so on. No doubt they could profit hugely from a similar arrangement with TrumpTV.

The question still remains though, should he be on our screens ?

Only the Unwashed can decide that. And given the fact that fake wrestling and live paternity tests and naked people walking around on an island sell, sadly anything will.

As the saying goes, "nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public".

What 'serious allegations' are you babbling about? I haven't seen any that can be remotely be considered 'serious', just the usual silly inept smear jobs from assorted vermin that a bunch of silly amoral morons run around repeating on message boards

Your selective outrage at Trumps' statements is pathetically funny. You have no issues with Hillary, most corrupt Political figure in American history. In the fantasy world of the Liberal, words trump actions. Pun intended.

Donald Trump will flourish after this election because he sold himself so well that his voters will eat up everything he markets from TV shows, Speaking appearances, Book Deals and Movie Cameos...

If that bother you do not watch his show, buy his books, listen to his speeches and if he is in a movie then do not watch it...

Don't kid yourself...

Trump name will be worth millions if not billions because of those that are voting for him. He has played them and will use their stupidity to make himself richer and richer!

I haven't seen any "serious allegations" either.

But the "networks have a duty" part is pretty fucking funny.

Rape allegations and sexual assault allegations did nothing to stop bill clinton from working........and he is an actual rapist and sexual predator.........

Tommy you are not a conservative and you are not Christian. You're a perverted gay man. So I find it hilarious you're saying Trump should be curbed; while your GLAAD buddies push and approve of shows like "I am Jazz" and shows promoting all things gay sex in a million subliminal ways. Kids are watching. And don't you know it. Tru TV (just one gay mecca of media) shows women's orgasm ads at dinner time during shows pitched for the whole family to watch. Blending explicit sexualized content at times when they know kids are watching is pedophilia-grooming.

So don't lecture us Tommy, on what is acceptable and what isn't on TV. I agree with you though, but not for the reasons you're saying. Trump doesn't belong anywhere but a padded cell with 24-7 psychiatric care. So do people who promote sexualized media to children.

He won't. In a bizarre fantasy world where he lost the election(which he won't) he would still keep going on this.
