It is difficult to understand how, with the duopoly offering two such undesirable candidates, Americans have not rallied to another party and person. Gabbard may not be ideal, either, but by comparison with what is being foisted upon us by the "major parties", she looks great. There are certainly others as great or better.

Except for foreign policy, she is a standard issue, cookie cutter dimocrap.

Oh, no, no. She backed Florida's parental rights bill. She opposes the transgender agenda and favors banning biological males from competing in female sports. She campaigned for several Republican candidates in the 2022 mid-term elections. She supports securing the southern border and has spoken out against the idea of open borders. She was one of only a few Democrats who publicly called out Obama for refusing to say that radical Islam was our enemy.

Granted, she still holds some liberal views on certain issues, but she is definitely to the right of your average liberal Democrat. She left the Democratic Party in 2022.

I'm disappointed that she chose not to be RFK Jr.'s running mate. He did offer, but she declined.
